Are the flowers in your products real?
Real flowers are used for all of our fresh flower and preserved flower products. If artificial flowers are used, it will be stated in our product description.
Do you do custom fresh/preserved flower arrangements?

When will my order be shipped?
We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
For in-stock items, your order will arrive within the next 24 hours.

Can I set a preferred date to receive my advance order item?
You can set a preferred date as long as it is after our proposed date in the product description. Please fill in the date preference at the checkout page to let us know when you want to receive your item!
I don’t like my purchase! Can I get a refund?
Yes! To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of making your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for handicraft and made-to-order items after 24 hours have passed since order confirmation.
